Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs)

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter " GTC ") govern ticket sales made on the FESTIVALTHOVALTHORENS website.

These Festivaltho Terms and Conditions of Sale define the conditions applicable to the sale of tickets for events organized or supported by FOCUS EVENT PROD, accessible via the website.

Any ticket order implies unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Tickets sold are exclusively digital and can be downloaded from the website after payment has been confirmed.

Each ticket is:

• nominative,

• equipped with a unique QR Code,

• valid for a specific event, date, and time.

A ticket can only be used once.

The order is considered firm and final once payment has been confirmed.

It is the buyer's responsibility to verify the accuracy of the information provided (last name, first name, email address).
FOCUS EVENT PROD cannot be held responsible for data entry errors that prevent access to the event.

Prices are quoted in euros, including all taxes.

Accepted payment methods include:

• credit card,

• Stripe,

• PayPal,

• and any other method offered on the website at the time of ordering.

The entire amount is payable immediately upon ordering.

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, tickets for shows are not subject to a right of withdrawal.

No refunds may be claimed after purchase, except under the conditions set out in Article 7.

7.1 Cancellation of the event

In the event of cancellation of the event, FOCUS EVENT PROD will offer, according to the terms defined by the organizer:

• either a refund upon request,

• or a valid credit note for another event.

Additional expenses (transportation, accommodation, etc.) will not be reimbursed under any circumstances.

7.2 Postponement or modification

In the event of a postponement or change in scheduling:

• tickets remain valid for the new date,

• no automatic refund is provided,

• A credit or refund may be offered upon request, subject to the terms and conditions provided.

8.1 Minimum age

Access to events is strictly reserved for adults (minimum age 18).

8.2 Entry control

Access is subject to:

• presentation of a valid ticket (QR Code),

• presentation of official identification matching the name on the ticket.

Anyone who does not meet these conditions may be denied access, without the possibility of a refund.

Back-and-forth content

FOCUS EVENT PROD reserves the right to refuse access or exclude any person:

• engaging in dangerous, violent, or inappropriate behavior,

• not complying with safety instructions,

• while intoxicated or under the influence of illegal substances.

No refunds may be claimed in these cases.

FOCUS EVENT PROD cannot be held liable for:

• lost, stolen, or damaged items during the event,

• fraudulent use of a ticket,

• damage caused by a third party or by the participant.

The association's liability is strictly limited to the amount of the ticket purchased.

 The event takes place in a private nightclub-type establishment, Malaysia, which is open to the public.

Access to the event is strictly subject to compliance with the internal regulations of the establishment hosting the event, as well as the safety instructions in force. The establishment reserves the right of admission, particularly in the event of non-compliance with internal rules, inappropriate attire, obvious intoxication, or behavior that could jeopardize the safety of persons or property.

Proper attire is required. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in denial of access, without entitlement to a refund or any compensation.

Access control is carried out by scanning the QR code on the ticket, accompanied, where applicable, by an identity check. Access is strictly reserved for adults (18 years and older). Valid identification may be required at the entrance.

The introduction of illegal substances, unauthorized alcohol, or dangerous objects is strictly prohibited. Any violation may result in immediate exclusion from the event, without refund.

Food and drink, cloakrooms, and ancillary services offered within the venue are managed directly by the venue operator and may be subject to separate pricing. The organizer, FOCUS EVENT PROD, cannot be held responsible for these services.

Internal security and maintaining order within the establishment are the responsibility of the venue operator. The organizer cannot be held liable for decisions made by the establishment's security staff, particularly in the event of refusal of access or exclusion.

The personal data collected during the ordering process is necessary for ticket management and access to the event.

They are processed in accordance with current regulations and are never transferred to third parties without consent.

These Festivaltho Terms and Conditions of Sale are subject to French law.

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken.
Failing this, the competent courts will be those within the jurisdiction of the association's headquarters.
